We, at Fitness Evolution along with our health partners, want to do our part to help the local community make the changes that can lead to healthier lives, one person at a time. In an effort to make our vision a reality, we have launched a local wellness initiative, The Body Evolution Challenge (based on our revolutionary "fitness evolved" program).

You are going to learn and experience everything you need in order to live well, feel good and take charge of your every day right here.

What is the Body Evolution Challenge?
The Body Evolution Challenge is a human initiative promoting the positive changes we can take in our daily lives to improve our health. It is a challenge to our local community to take the first step of change and take us up on our offer of a free 30 Day Transformation program. It is open to anyone in our local region who wants or needs help learning the small changes required to see improvement in our energy, weight, vitality, and well-being. We don't promise miracles with our challenge, but we do promise a step in the right direction.
